Summary

This document addresses work instructions for how to export PBJ to CMS reporting.

PBJ to CMS Reporting

1. Log into the Manager Portal via tmsTime (Figure 1).

2. Select CMS PBJ from the menu and then click on CMS PBJ (Figure 2).

3. Click on Execute Operations (Figure 3).

4. Put a checkmark in to pick your dates and put in the correct date range and select OK (Figure 4).

5. Wait for the process to finish.

6. Click on arrow of the file that needs to be downloaded (Figure 5).

7. The file will generally be available in the download tray at the bottom of the screen; click on the file to open (Figure 6).

8. Select the specific PBJ file and save it to a place that will be remembered (Figure 7).

9. Right click on the file and select Extract Here (Figure 8).

10. Right click on the pbj.xml and Send to Compressed (zipped) file (Figure 9).

  11. These zipped files will be sent to BCG (Figure 10).
