Summary

This document addresses the enhancements that have been made in tmsConneXion v4.1. Please see the tmsSupport Library for specific documentation on each section.

Manage Home

  1. Payroll Managers can now reorder the Dashboard slide show by dragging and dropping the slides in the order they want them to appear.
  2. Payroll Managers will now see a toggle button at the top of the page that shows them either Inactive or Active messages. Click on the button to change view (Figure 1).

Kiosk Configuration

  1. A ‘Print’ option has been added to the employee Review button. This cannot be specifically turned on/off and the orientation of the print layout cannot be changed (Figure 2). Please note that this is for tmsConneXion Kiosk only.

  1. Pay Designation Hours have been added to the Kiosk employee Review button (Figure 3).

Manage Roles

  1. Mass Role Change has been added to the Manage User area. When the Payroll Manager wants to change Roles for multiple employees, they may click on the Change Roles button in the upper righthand corner of Manage Users (Figure 4). This will pull up a list of all active employees with a dropdown arrow next to their name that will pull up all available Roles when selected. Make all changes and click Update Roles (Figure 5).

  1. When a Payroll Manager now attempts to delete or deactivate a Custom Role that is applied to at least one employee, they will now see a list of employees with that role applied. The roles for those employees will need to be changed before the role can be deactivated or deleted Figure 6).

Manage Users

  1. The employee’s tmsConneXion Role will now display on the Manage Users main page (Figure 7).

  1. Save buttons have been added to the bottom of each page when editing an employee. This will allow the Payroll Manager to save changes made on a page and not have to exit out of the last page. If the Payroll Manager needs to make changes to multiple pages, they can save once the last change has been made (Figure 8).

  1. Section headers now have underlines to better define that they can be clicked (Figure 9).

  1. Users may now add text to their Emergency Contact (30-character limitation) (Figure 10).
